 Optimize project design and material choices for cost efficiency while maintaining quality and performance standards 

 Evaluate long-term costs and environmental impacts to incorporate sustainable practices and reduce lifecycle expenses 

 Ensure all contracts meet regulatory requirements and manage compliance with relevant laws and industry standards 

 Continuously track project progress against the schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks using effective project management tools 

 Implement financial controls to monitor expenses, manage budget variations, and maintain project profitability 

 Analyze project viability by assessing financial, technical, and market factors to support informed decision-making 

 Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure project liquidity and financial stability throughout the construction phase 

 Validate work completion and authorize payments to contractors and vendors according to contract terms and project milestones
